The document provides information about the supplier and order code of the TS68302 Integrated Multiprotocol Processor (IMP) in January 1999. The processor is known for its high precision and reliability.

This file introduces the features of the TS68000/TS68008 microprocessor chip, including the TS68000/TS68008 microprocessor core, system integration block, and communications processor.

The TS68040 is Atmel’s third generation of 68000-compatible, high-performance, 32-bit microprocessors. The TS68040 is a virtual memory microprocessor employing multiple, concurrent execution units and a highly integrated architecture to provide very high performance in a monolithic HCMOS device. On a single chip, the TS68040 integrates a 68030-compatible integer unit, an IEEE 754-compatible floating-point unit (FPU), and fully independent instruction and data demand-paged memory manage- ment units (MMUs), including 4K bytes independent instruction and data caches. A high degree of instruction execution parallelism is achieved through the use of multi- ple independent execution pipelines,

TS68040 is a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor with 26-42MIPS integer performance and 3.5-5.6MFLOPS floating-point performance.

The TS68020 is the first full 32-bit implementation of the TS68000 family of microprocessors. It is implemented with 32-bit registers and data paths, 32-bit addresses, a rich instruction set, and versatile addressing modes.

TS652 is a differential digitally controlled variable gain amplifier produced by Texas Instruments. It has the characteristics of high gain, low noise and high slope, and is widely used in the pre-amplification and automatic gain control of communication systems.

The TS650 is a monolithic buck switching regulator with features such as high output driving current up to 500mA, adjustable current limit, and variable oscillation frequency. It is suitable for applications such as chargers, xD-ROM, and xDSL product DC-DC converters.

TS63 is a 0.25 watt, 85°C, industrial grade multi-turn surface mount miniature 1/4 inch square cermet trimmer produced by Vishay Sfernice. The switch features low contact resistance variation, tight tolerances, low end contact resistance and full sealing.

TS636 is a differential variable gain amplifier for ADSL line interface, which features a wide gain range, low noise, high cut-off frequency, high linearity and so on
