The LZ93N19 is a CMOS synchronous signal generator LSI that provides TV synchronous pulses and video signal processing pulses, in combination with the timing signal generator LSI (LZ93N61, LZ93F50, LZ93F33 or LZ95D37/M).
The LZ93N19 is a CMOS synchronous signal generator LSI that provides TV synchronous pulses and video signal processing pulses in combination with a timing signal generator LSI (LZ93N61, LZ93F50, LZ93F33 or LZ95D37/M). It switches between 270,000-pixel and 320,000-pixel CCDs and between NTSC (EIA) and PAL (CCIR) systems, runs from a single +5 V supply, allows external synchronization and is packaged in a 44-pin QFP.
The datasheet gives the 44-pin assignment and the function of every pin, the absolute maximum ratings, DC characteristics at VCC = 5 V ±10% and Ta = -10 to +70 °C, and vertical and horizontal timing diagrams for NTSC and PAL modes. The pins cover main clock input, 4FSC subcarrier input, subcarrier outputs, composite sync and blanking pulses, optical black clamp pulses, frame read pulses and test terminals.

It is a CMOS synchronous signal generator LSI that provides TV synchronous pulses and video signal processing pulses when combined with a timing signal generator LSI.
Yes, the device is switchable between NTSC (EIA) and PAL (CCIR) systems, with the standard selected by the TVMD pin.
It is supplied in a 44-pin QFP (QFP044-P-101 O).
Yes, external synchronization is possible; the color frame input pin is connected to an external color frame signal in external synchronous mode.
