The X006 SCR series is suitable for all applications where the available gate current is limited, thanks to highly sensitive triggering levels. These applications include ground fault circuit interrupters, overvoltage crowbar protection in low power supplies, capacitive ignition circuits, etc. The devices are available in through-hole or surface-mount packages and are optimized for reduced power losses and high reliability in harsh environments.

Z00607 is a 0.8A standard type triac produced by STMicroelectronics. It has a low gate triggering current and is suitable for low power AC switching applications.

FLC21-135A is a low power fire lighter circuit. It is based on ST's ASD™ technology, providing a fully integrated function, with high performance and reliability levels, adapted to severe and hot temperature environment. The main features include dedicated thyristor structure for capacitive discharge ignition operation, high pulse current capability, AC or DC operation capability, fast turn-on operation, designed for high ambient temperature etc.

The ACS108 is an AC switch with overvoltage protection, using overvoltage crowbar technology to meet IEC 61000-4-5 surge requirements. It has high noise immunity against static dV/dt and IEC 61000-4-4 burst. It does not require external protection snubber or varistor, reducing component count by up to 80%. It interfaces directly with the micro-controller and supports connection of several alternating current switches on the same cooling pad. It is suitable for alternating current on/off static switching in appliances and industrial control systems, as well as driving low power high inductive or resistive loads.

The LIC01 series is a high-performance switch driver voltage trigger. It is suitable for high-voltage sodium lamp, lamp flashing circuit, metal halide lamp and other applications. The product is manufactured using high-performance planar diffusion technology, and has high surge current capacity and excellent reliability.

The X04 SCR series is suitable for all applications where the available gate current is limited, such as capacitive discharge ignitions, motor control in kitchen aids, overvoltage crowbar protection in low power supplies.

The FLC10-200H/B is a product specially developed by ST for high power capacitance discharge operation. It is mainly used in gas lighters or ignitors such as cookers, gas boilers and gas hobs. Based on ST's ASD™ technology, it provides a fully integrated function with high performance and reliability levels, adapted to severe and hot temperature environment.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the TN22 fluorescent tube lamp starter, including high clamping voltage structure, low gate triggering current, and high holding current. This product provides high energy striking characteristics with low triggering power, improving the reliability and lifespan of fluorescent tube lamps.

T630W is a 6A snubberless triac from ST. It is suitable for high inductance loads.

AVS12 is an automatic mains selector (110/220V AC) to be used in SMPS<500W.

The FLC01-200x is a dedicated thyristor structure for capacitance discharge ignition operation. It has a pulse current capability of 190A (tp = 10µs), a fast turn-on operation and is designed for high ambient temperature (up to 120°C).

The AVS08 kit is an automatic mains selector (110/220V AC) to be used in SMPS < 200 W. It consists of 2 devices: the Controller and the TRIAC. The Controller is optimized for low power consumption and high security triggering of the TRIAC. The TRIAC is specially designed for this application, with optimization between sensitivity and dynamic parameters to reduce supply resistor losses and provide excellent immunity against disturbances.
