BTA10-600GP is a 10A triac from STMicroelectronics that uses high-performance, glass-passivated chips. The insulated TO-220AB package, the high surge current and low holding current make this product well adapted to CFL and LED dimmer applications.

TYN1212 is suitable for state relays and high power motor control. It has a rated current of 12A and a repetitive peak voltage of 1200V.

T1620T-8I, T1635T-8I Snubberless™ 16 A Triac Datasheet − production data. The product has high static and dynamic commutation, three-phase four-quadrant, no need for resistor capacitor absorption circuit (snubber) and other characteristics, suitable for home appliances, lighting, heaters and other fields.

T1625T-8I is a 16 A four-quadrant triac from ST. It has a trigger current of 25 mA and an insulation voltage of 2500 V rms. It can be used in various general-purpose AC switching applications such as home appliances, lighting, heaters, etc.

The TN1205H is a 12A high temperature SCR with high junction temperature (Tj = 150°C), high noise immunity and RoHS compliance. It is suitable for general AC line load switching, motor control circuits, small home appliances, lighting, inrush current limiting circuits and over-voltage crowbar protection applications.

The product is a 40 A high voltage triac with a maximum blocking voltage of 1200 V, a gate current of 200 mA, and very high commutation levels and high surge current capability. It is well adapted to power control on inductive load (motor, transformer.)

The TPDVxx25 series uses high performance alternistor technology, featuring very high commutation levels and high surge current capability. These devices are well adapted to power control for inductive and resistive loads (motor, transformer, etc.), especially in three-phase power grid. Targeted three-phase applications include heating systems, motor starters, and induction motor speed control (especially for fans).

The BTW68 series is a high power insulated package 30A SCR suitable for applications where power handling and power dissipation are critical such as solid state relays, welding equipment and high power motor control. Based on a clip assembly technology, this device offers a superior performance in surge current handling capabilities. Thanks to the internal ceramic pad, the device provides high voltage insulation (2500 VRMS) and complies with UL standards (file ref: E81734).

BTA06T-600CWRG is a 6A Snubberless™ Triac with high static and dynamic commutation characteristics. It is certified to UL1557 (file ref.: 81734) and its package is RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant. Its gate current rating is 35mA. This Triac is specially designed for power tool applications, but it can also be used to drive loads such as motor speed controllers, kitchen equipments such as electro valves, light dimmers and similar. It is available in a fully insulated TO-220AB package, and rated for 2500 V rms insulation.
