T1635H and T1650H are 16A switches produced by STMicroelectronics. They are suitable for general purpose mains power ac switching. They have a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, low thermal resistance, and are very suitable for high power density or universal motor applications, such as vacuum cleaners and washing machine drum motors.

The T1035H and T1050H are ST high temperature 10A Triacs, rated at 10A and with a maximum working temperature of 150°C. They have low thermal resistance and three-quadrant commutation capability, and are suitable for high power density or universal motor applications such as vacuum cleaners and washing machine drum motors.

The T835H and T850H are ST's 8 A high temperature Snubberless™ Triacs, suitable for high power density or universal motor applications such as vacuum cleaner and washing machine drum motor. These Triacs provide a very high switching capability up to junction temperatures of 150 °C. Compared to traditional Triac, the heatsink can be reduced according to the high performance at given junction temperatures.

The ACST2 series belongs to the ACS™/ACST power switch family built with A.S.D.® (application specific discrete) technology. This high performance device is suited to home appliances or industrial systems and drives loads up to 2 A. This ACST2 switch embeds a Triac structure with a high voltage clamping device to absorb the inductive turn-off energy and withstand line transients such as those described in the IEC 61000-4-5 standards. The component needs a low gate current to be activated (IGT < 10 mA) and still shows a high electrical noise immunity complying with IEC standards such as IEC 61000-4-4 (fast transient burst test).

The TN1515-600B is a 15A standard SCR from STMicroelectronics, specifically designed to control motors in hand tools applications. It is available in DPAK package, providing a high robustness against stalled rotor operating conditions in a small SMD package

The ACS108-6S is an overvoltage protected AC switch that eliminates the need for external protection snubbers or varistors. It enables equipment to meet IEC 61000-4-5 standard and reduces component count by up to 80%. It interfaces directly with the micro-controller and supports connection of several ACS switches on the same cooling pad.

ACS102-6T is a high performance AC switch from STMicroelectronics. It features an overvoltage crowbar structure and a gate level shifter driver. It can control a load of up to 0.2 A. It is suitable for alternating current on/off static switching in appliances and industrial control systems.

This document describes a home appliance control circuit suitable for home appliance digital control, AC power drive and functional safety management applications. The circuit features wide range input supply voltage operation, 5V voltage regulator with ±5% full tolerance and 50mA output current, MCU reset circuit, 30µs digitally filtered inverting zero voltage synchronization, and three 50mA relay coil drivers.
