T3035H, T3050H are high temperature 30A triacs with features including high current, high immunity level, low thermal resistance, RoHS compliance, and very high commutation capability. They are designed for the control of AC actuators in appliances and industrial systems.
The T16T series of Triacs from STMicroelectronics is a medium current Triac with high static and dynamic commutation, low thermal resistance, 600 V VRM, and can be used in various value sensitive applications such as general purpose ac line load switching, motor control circuits in power tools, small home appliances and lighting, inrush current limiting circuits and overvoltage crowbar protection circuits.
The T12T series of Triacs can be used as on/off or phase angle control function in general purpose ac switching where high commutation capability is required. This series can be designed-in in many value sensitive appliances thanks to the parameters guidance provided in the following pages.
This document describes a 12A SCR device with high current density and reliability. It is suitable for applications such as overvoltage protection, motor control circuits in power tools and kitchen appliances.
The T8T series is a medium current Triac produced by STMicroelectronics. The series products have high static and dynamic switching capability, low thermal resistance and RoHS compliance. The series products are suitable for value sensitive applications, general purpose ac line load switching, motor control circuits in power tools, small home appliances, lighting, inrush current limiting circuits and overvoltage crowbar protection.
X00619 is a 0.8A sensitive gate SCR from ST company, mainly used in limited gate current topologies, ground fault circuit interrupters, overvoltage crowbar protection in power supplies, protection in electronic ballasts, capacitive discharge ignitions, and igniters (lighting, ovens etc.)
The T1010H is a medium current TRIAC designed for controlling AC actuators in appliances and industrial systems. It features logic level sensitivity, a maximum turn-off commutation temperature of 150°C, and complies with RoHS directives.
The T810H is a high temperature 8A sensitive TRIACs from ST. It features medium current, logic level sensitive, 150℃ max. Tj turn-off commutation, clip bounding, RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant packages. It is designed for the control of AC actuators in appliances and industrial systems.

The T410H is a high temperature 4A sensitive TRIAC designed for the control of AC actuators in appliances and industrial systems. It features medium current, logic level sensitivity, maximum Tj turn-off commutation of 150°C, and clip bounding.
The ACST12 is a high performance power switch from STMicroelectronics, suitable for home appliances or industrial systems and drives loads up to 12A. This switch embeds a Triac structure and a high voltage clamping device able to absorb the inductive turn-off energy and withstand line transients such as those described in the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. The ACST1210-7 needs a low gate current to be activated (IGT < 10 mA) and still provides a high electrical noise immunity complying with the IEC 61000-4-4 standard. The ACST1235-7 offers an extremely high static dV/dt immunity of 2 kV/µs minimum.
The ACST10 series is a high performance overvoltage protected AC switch, suited for home appliances or industrial systems. This switch features a TO-220FPAB insulated package with a rated voltage of 1500 V rms, and complies with IEC 61000-4-5 standard, providing high static dV/dt immunity and high noise immunity.
The P011xx is a high-sensitivity, high-immunity SCR from STMicroelectronics. It has voltage ratings of 400 V and 600 V and can operate with trigger currents in the range of 0.5 µA to 25 µA. It is suitable for applications where the available gate current is limited, such as ground fault circuit interruptors, pilot circuits in solid state relays, standby mode power supplies, smoke and alarm detectors.
The P010xx SCR series is suitable for all applications where available gate current is limited, such as ground fault circuit interruptors, pilot circuits in solid state relays, stand-by mode power supplies, smoke and alarm detectors. The voltage capability of this series has been upgraded since its introduction and is now available up to 600V.
