BTA06T-600CWRG is a 6A Snubberless™ Triac with high static and dynamic commutation characteristics. It is certified to UL1557 (file ref.: 81734) and its package is RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant. Its gate current rating is 35mA. This Triac is specially designed for power tool applications, but it can also be used to drive loads such as motor speed controllers, kitchen equipments such as electro valves, light dimmers and similar. It is available in a fully insulated TO-220AB package, and rated for 2500 V rms insulation.
