The TN1205H is a 12A high temperature SCR with high junction temperature (Tj = 150°C), high noise immunity and RoHS compliance. It is suitable for general AC line load switching, motor control circuits, small home appliances, lighting, inrush current limiting circuits and over-voltage crowbar protection applications.
