The CX23103 brings Conexant
The Conexant CX23103 is a USB Audio/Video Decoder designed to integrate functions required for television and external A/V capture on personal computers or consumer electronic devices. It supports USB 1.1/2.0 compliant buses and enables the capture of analog and digital broadcast streams through an integrated Universal Serial Bus interface.

The device supports Stereo, Mono, Dual Language (Mono), and Tri Language (Trivox) audio formats.
The CX23103 supports Composite, S-Video, 480i YPrPb, RBG Packed, YCrCb Packed, 10-bit Packed, and YCrCb/YUY2 Format inputs.
The decoder provides a minimum of 16-bit audio resolution through the entire audio data path.
