SGS-THOMSON HCC/HCF40192B HCC/HCF40193B handbook
HCC/HCF40192B is a presettable BCD up/down counter (dual clock), 40192B is BCD type, 40193B is binary type. The counters can be used alone or cascaded in multiple stages. The counters have high speed asynchronous reset and preset capabilities, and the output terminals use standard symmetrical output characteristics.

SGS-THOMSON M54HCT00 M74HCT00 QUAD 2-INPUT NAND GATE handbook
The M54/74HCT00 is a high speed CMOS QUAD 2-INPUT NAND GATE fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same highspeed per- formance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power consumption. The internal circuit is com- posed of 3 stages including buffer output, which en- ables high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage. This integrated circuit has input and output charac- teristics that are fully compatible with 54/74 LSTTL logic families. M54/74HC devices are designed to directly interface HSC2MOS systems with TTL and NMOS components. They are also plug in replace- ments for LSTTL devices giving a reduction of power consumption.
SGS-THOMSON M54HC423/423A M74HC423/423A handbook
The M54/74HC423/423A are high speed CMOS MONOSTABLE multivibrators fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. There are two trigger inputs, A INPUT (negative edge) and B INPUT (positive edge). These inputs are valid for rising/falling signals, (tr – tf – 1 sec). After triggering the output maintains the MONOSTABLE state for the time period determined by the external resistor Rx and capacitor Cx. Two different pulse width constant are available: K ≅ 0.46 for HC423 K ≅ 1 for HC423A. Taking CLR low breaks this MONOSTABLE STATE. If the next trigger pulse occurs during the MONOSTABLEp
SGS-THOMSON M54HC251 M74HC251 8BIT SIPO SHIFT REGISTER handbook
M54HC251M74HC251 is an 8-bit SIPO shift register with a wide operating voltage range of 2V-6V and high speed and low power consumption.
SGS-THOMSON M2716 handbook
The M2716 is a 16,384 bit UV erasable and electrically programmable memory EPROM, ideally suited for applications where fast turn around and pattern experimentation are important requirements. The M2716 is housed in a 24 pin Window Ceramic Frit-Seal Dual-in-Line package. The transparent lid allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can then be written to the device by following the programming procedure.
