The TK5552 is a complete programmable R/W transponder which implements all important functions for identification systems.
ATMEL TK5552 handbook
The TK5552 is a complete programmable R/W transponder that implements all important functions for identification systems. It allows the contactless reading and writing of data which are transmitted bi-directionally between a read/write base station and the transponder.
ATMEL TK5551 handbook
ATMEL TK5530 handbook(1)(1)
The TK5530 is a complete transponder used for car immobilization, access control, alarm systems, and other identification systems. It consists of a plastic cube with an e5530 IDIC chip and a tuned circuit antenna. The e5530 chip stores 128 bits of read-only data, which is transmitted to the base station via an RF field. The product has anti-counterfeiting features.
ATMEL TK5530 handbook(1)
The TK5530 is a complete transponder for immobilizer and identification systems. It consists of a plastic cube housing the e5530 IDIC chip and a tuned LC-circuit antenna. It operates at a carrier frequency of 125 kHz and stores identifying data in a 128-bit PROM. It immediately detects any attempt to fake the base station.

ATMEL AT90SC 320288RCT Summary handbook
This file is a detailed introduction to the 6507BS chip produced by Atmel. The chip adopts the AVR Enhanced RISC Architecture architecture and has the characteristics of high performance and low power consumption. The chip has 320K Bytes of ROM Program Memory, 288K Bytes of EEPROM, 8K Bytes of RAM, and two I/O ports, ISO7816 controller, serial peripheral interface, programmable internal oscillator, two 16-bit timers, random number generator, two-level 8-way interrupt controller, 32-bit cryptographic accelerator, hardware DES and triple DES.
ATMEL AT88SC1003 handbook
The AT88SC1003 is a low-cost synchronous integrated circuit designed for use in prepaid and loyalty smart card applications. The AT88SC1003 provides 1024 bits of serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read Only Memory) within three application zones, plus 64 bits in a code-protected zone. Security logic provides access protection through use of a 16-bit security code. Additional EEPROM memory is available to hold unalterable information about the card history. Separate zones are available for data written by the fabrication facility, card manufacturer and card issuer. After personalization of the memory by the issuer, an internal fuse is blown that secures critical data.
ATMEL AT49F040 handbook
This document describes a 4 megabit (512K x 8) 5-volt CMOS flash memory with features such as single voltage operation, fast read access time, internal program control and timer.
ATMEL AT49BV512 handbook
AT49BV512 is a 3-volt-only, 512K Flash memories organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each. Manufactured with Atmel's advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the devices offer access times to 120 ns with power dissipation of just 90 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the devices are deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 50 µµµµA. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT49BV512 does not require high input voltages for programming. Three-volt-only commands determine the read and programming operation of the device. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from an EPROM. Reprogramming the AT49BV512 is performed by erasing the entire 1 megabit of memory and then programming on a byte by byte basis.
ATMEL AT29C1024 handbook
AT29C1024 is a 5-volt-only in-system Flash programmable and erasable read-only memory (PEROM). Its 1 megabit of memory is organized as 65,536 words by 16 bits. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the device offers access times to 70 ns with power dissipation of just 330 mW. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 200 µA. The device endurance is such that any sector can typically be written to in excess of 10,000 times.
ATMEL AT24C128/AT24C256 handbook
The AT24C128/256 is a 131,072/262,144-bit serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 16,384/32,768 words of 8 bits each.
ATMEL U6803B Data Sheet
U6803B is a triple driver with thermal monitoring.
ATMEL AT750B DATA SHEET
The ATV750B is a high-performance and flexible high-density programmable logic device with twice the performance of most other 24-pin programmable logic devices. Increased product terms, sum terms, flip-flops and output logic configurations translate into more usable gates. High-speed logic and uniform, predictable delays guarantee fast in-system performance.
