ATMEL AT49F010/AT49HF010 handbook
The AT49F010/HF010 1-Megabit (128K x 8) 5-volt Only CMOS Flash Memory is an in-system programmable and erasable Flash Memory manufactured by Atmel. Their 1-megabit of memory is organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits. Manufactured with Atmel's advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the devices offer access times to 45 ns (HF version) with a power dissipation of just 165 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 µA. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT49F010/HF010 does not require high input voltages for programming. Five-volt-only commands determine the read and programming operation of the device. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from an EPROM. Reprogramming the AT49F010/HF010 is performed by erasing the entire 1 megabit of memory and then programming on a byte by byte basis.
ATMEL AT49F004/AT49F004T/AT49F4096A/AT49F4096AT handbook
The AT49F004(T) and AT49F4096A(T) are 5-volt, 4-megabit Flash Memories orga- nized as 524,288 words of 8 bits each or 256K words of 16 bits each. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the devices offer access times to 55 ns with power dissipation of just 275 mW. When deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 300 µA. The device contains a user-enabled “boot block” protection feature. Two versions of the feature are available: the AT49F004/4096A locates the boot block at lowest order addresses (“bottom boot”); the AT49F004T/4096AT locates it at highest order addresses (“top boot”). To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT49F004(T)/4096A(T) does not require high input voltages for programming. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from an EPROM; it has standard CE, OE, and WE inputs to avoid bus con- tention. Reprogramming the AT49F004(T)/4096A(T) only requires one pin, CE. For most operations, the other pins are in high-impedance state.
ATMEL AT34C02B handbook
The AT34C02B is a serial electrically-erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) with 256 x 8 bits organization. It features permanent and reversible software write protection for the first-half of the array, hardware write protection for the entire array, low-voltage and standard-voltage operation, two-wire serial interface, bidirectional data transfer protocol, and compatibility with different clock speeds. It also has high-reliability with endurance of 1 million write cycles and data retention of 100 years. The package options include JEDEC SOIC, Ultra Thin Mini-MAP (MLP 2x3), TSSOP, and dBGA2.
ATMEL T0782 Data Sheet
The T0782 is a high-linearity active mixer which is manufactured using Atmel’s advanced Silicon-Germanium technology. This mixer features a frequency range of 2200 MHz to 2700 MHz. It operates from a single 5-V supply and provides 10 dB of conversion gain while requiring only 0 dBm input to the integrated LO driver. An IF amplifier is also included. The T0782 incorporates internal matching on each RF, IF and LO port to enhance ease of use and to reduce the external components required. The RF and LO inputs can be driven differentially or single-ended.
ATMEL U209B handbook
The U209B is a phase-control integrated circuit designed for motor speed control with tacho feedback. It features an internal frequency-to-voltage converter, externally controlled integrated amplifier, automatic soft start, voltage and current synchronization, retriggering, and more.

ATMEL U2043B handbook
The U2043B is used in relay-controlled automotive flashers where a high EMC level is required. A lamp outage is indicated by frequency doubling during hazard mode as well as direction mode. The pilot lamp can be connected either to VBatt or GND.
ATMEL U2044B handbook
The U2044B is an integrated circuit used in relay-controlled automotive flashers. With two output stages, each side of the vehicle is controlled separately. It has a left and a right direction indicator input with only a small control current, making switch contacts for small loads possible. The separate hazard warning input simplifies the construction of the hazard switch. Lamp outage is indicated by frequency doubling during direction mode. Thanks to the extreme low current consumption, the U2044B can be connected to the battery directly.
