The L200 is a monolithic integrated circuit for voltage and current programmable regulation. It is available in Pentawatt® package or 4-lead TO-3 metal case. Current limiting, power limiting, thermal shutdown and input overvoltage protection (up to 60 V) make the L200 virtually blow-out proof. The L200 can be used to replace fixed voltage regulators when high output voltage precision is required and eliminates the need to stock a range of fixed voltage regulators.

ST2129B is a 2-bit dual supply level translator without direction control pin, push-pull output launched by ST. This product has 45MHz: 90Mbps (max.) data rate at VL = 1.8 V, VCC = 3.3 V, bi-directional level translation without direction control pin, wide voltage range (VL ≤ VCC): VL ranges from 1.65 to 3.6 V, VCC ranges from VL to 5.5 V, totem pole driving, 5.5 V tolerant Enable pin, ESD performance on all pins: ±2 kV HBM, small package and footprint QFN8 1.4 x 1.2 x 0.55 mm and other features.

This document describes a level translator for SD, SDIO, mini SD, and micro SD cards with internal I/O supply and ±15 kV ESD protection. It supports a clock rate of 60 MHz and DDR mode for SD Card™. It is compliant with SD Specification Part 1 Physical Layer Specification 3.00 (SDR12, SDR25, DDR50) and SD Specification Part 1 Physical Layer Specification 2.00. It is bi-directional with a direction control pin and has balanced propagation delays. It supports both 1.8 V and 2.9 V data translation on the card side and has an integrated LDO to supply power for B-side I/Os. It also has integrated pull-up and pull-down resistors on the B-side. The operating voltage range is VCCA = 1.62 V to 1.98 V and VBAT = 3.0 V to 5.0 V. It has latch-up performance exceeding 100 mA and ESD protection for both the card side and host side. It is available in a space-saving Flip Chip 25 package and is suitable for mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, and cameras.

ST2329I is a 2-bit dual-supply level translator with auto-direction feature and integrated pull-up. It supports wide VL voltage range of 1.65 V to 3.6 V and wide VCC voltage range of 1.80 V to 5.5 V.

The STP16CPC26 is a monolithic, low voltage, 16-bit constant current LED sink driver, with 16 constant current output channels, adjustable output current through external resistor, output current: 5mA to 90mA, ±1% typical current accuracy bit to bit, max clock frequency: 30MHz, 20V current generators rated voltage, 5V power supply, thermal shutdown for overtemperature protection.

ST3DV520E is a 4 differential channel LVDS multiplexer/demultiplexer low RON bidirectional switch used to switch between multiple LVDS sources. It is designed for very low crosstalk, low bit-to-bit skew and low I/O capacitance, to maintain high signal integrity. The differential signal from the LVDS transceiver is multiplexed into one of two selected outputs while the unselected switch goes to Hi-Z status. The device integrates 2 SPDT (single pole dual throw) switches, for DDC channel. SEL for LVDS and DDC channel is controlled independently.

STG3696E is a low voltage dual SPDT switch for USB/audio signal switching with 8 kV ESD protection. It is suitable for applications such as mobile phones, MP3 and other personal media players.

The STMPE1801 is a GPIO port expander capable of interfacing a main digital ASIC via the two-line bidirectional bus (I2C). It offers high flexibility, as each I/O can be configured as input, output, special key, keypad matrix, or dedicated key function. This device is designed to include very low quiescent current and a wakeup feature for each I/O to optimize power consumption. The STLED325 is a compact LED controller/driver that interfaces microprocessors to LED displays through a serial I2C interface. It drives LEDs connected in a common anode configuration and includes keyscanning for an 8 x 2 key matrix, which automatically scans and debounces a matrix of up to 16 switches. Furthermore, the STLED325 provides standby power management to the host. It also integrates a low-power, highly accurate RTC and a remote control decoder.
