KD1084AXX is a 5A low drop positive voltage regulator, adjustable and fixed.

The L5973D is a step-down monolithic power switching regulator with a minimum switch current limit of 2.5 A, so it is able to deliver more than 2 A DC current to the load depending on the application conditions. The output voltage can be set from 1.235 V to 35 V. The high current level is also achieved thanks to an SO8 package with exposed frame, that allows to reduce the Rth(j-amb) down to approximately 40 °C/W. The device uses an internal P-channel D-MOS transistor (with a typical Rdson of 250 mΩ) as switching element to minimize the size of the external components. An internal oscillator fixes the switching frequency at 250 kHz. Having a minimum input voltage of 4 V only, it is particularly suitable for applications with low input voltage and high output current.

L79LxxAB L79LxxAC - L79LxxC are ST's negative voltage regulators, with output current up to 100 mA, output voltages of -5, -6, -8, -9, -12, -15V, thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, etc.

The L5972D is a 2A switch step down switching regulator from ST company, with an input voltage range of 4.4V to 36V, an adjustable output voltage range of 1.235V to 35V, a working frequency of 250kHz, internal current limiting, short circuit protection, undervoltage protection and other functions. It is suitable for consumer, networking, computer and industrial products.

The TS824-2.5 is a low power, high precision, high stability 2.5V voltage reference, suitable for battery powered equipments etc.

The LD1085CXX is a low dropout, adjustable positive voltage regulator from ST company. It can provide up to 3A of output current with a typical dropout of 1.3V. The output tolerance is ±2%@25°C, and it has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C~125°C. It is packaged in DPAK.

The LK112Sxx is a low noise low drop voltage regulator with shutdown function. Its features include: output current up to 200 mA; low dropout voltage (500 mV max at IOUT = 200 mA); very low quiescent current: 0.1 µA in OFF mode and max 250 µA in ON mode at IOUT = 0 mA; low output noise: typ. 30 µV at IOUT = 60 mA and 10 Hz < f < 80 kHz; wide range of output voltages; internal current and thermal limit; VOUT tolerance ± 2% (at 25 °C); operative input voltage from VOUT + 0.5 to 14 V (for VOUT > 2 V) or from 2.5 V to 14 V (for VOUT < 2 V).

TS2431 is a programmable shunt voltage reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire temperature range of operation - 40 to + 105 °C. This document describes the M40SZ100Y and M40SZ100W NVRAM supervisors, which can convert low power SRAMs into NVRAMs. They support 5V or 3V operating voltage and feature precision power monitoring and power switching circuitry. Automatic write-protection is enabled when VCC is out-of-tolerance. Different supply voltages and power-fail deselect voltages are available for each model.

The ST619LB is a regulated 5V±4% charge pump DC-DC converter that delivers a stable output current of 30mA over temperature. The converter does not require an inductor, has very low EMI noise, uses small and inexpensive capacitors, and is ideal for small, portable, and battery-powered applications. When shut down, the load is disconnected from the input and the supply current is 0.02μA.

The ST763A series is a 3.3V step-down current mode PWM DC-DC converter. It operates from 3.3V to 11V, providing a fixed 3.3V output voltage and delivering up to 500mA. Its main features are a typical efficiency of 90%, a quiescent current of 0.6mA, and only 0.2µA in shut-down. The PWM current mode control provides precise output regulation and very good transient response. Output voltage accuracy is guaranteed to be ±5% over line, load and temperature variations. A minimum number of external components is used and the fixed frequency switching allows easy filtering of output ripple and noise. Other features of this device are cycle-by-cycle current limiting, overcurrent limiting, under voltage lockout and programmable soft-start protection. A 22µH inductor works in most applications, so no sophisticated design is necessary. Package available is SO-8. Typical applications are in 5V to 3.3V converters, cellular phones, portable instruments, hand-held computers, and peripherals.

LK112xx is a low dropout linear regulator with a built in electronic switch from ST company. Its features are output current up to 150mA, low dropout voltage (350mV@50mA), very low quiescent current (0.1µA@OFF, 250µA@ON), low output noise (typical 30µV@60mA, 10Hz2V) or from 2.5V to 14V (for VOUT<2V).
