A5973D is a 2A step-down switching regulator for automotive applications

The A5972D is a 1.5A step down switching regulator from ST with the following features: input voltage range from 4V to 36V, adjustable output voltage, low dropout, 250kHz fixed frequency, voltage feedforward, zero current shutdown.

A5970D is a 1A step down switching regulator for automotive applications, it is qualified following the AEC-Q100 requirements, the input voltage range is from 4V to 36V, the output voltage range is from 1.235V to VIN, low dropout operation, 100% duty cycle, internally fixed frequency 250kHz, voltage feedforward, zero load current operation, internal current limiting, inhibit for zero current consumption, synchronization, protection against feedback disconnection, thermal shutdown

L6740L is a hybrid CPU power supply controller for AMD processors, compatible with both parallel (PVI) and serial (SVI) protocols. The device embeds two independent control loops for the CPU core and the integrated NB, each one with its own set of protections. L6740L is able to work in single-plane mode, addressing only the CORE section, according to the parallel DAC codification. When in dual-plane mode, it is compatible with the AMD SVI specification addressing the CPU and NB voltages according to the SVI bus commands. The dual-edge asynchronous architecturetm ensures high performance and high efficiency.

The PM6641 is a monolithic voltage regulator module specifically designed to supply DDR2/3 memory and chipset in ultra-mobile PC and real estate constrained portable systems. It integrates three independent, adjustable, constant frequency buck converters, a ±2 Apk low drop-out (LDO) linear regulator and a ±15 mA low noise buffered reference. Each regulator provides basic UV and OV protections, programmable soft-start and current limit and active soft-end. Pulse-skipping technique is performed to increase efficiency at very light load.

The ST8R00 is a synchronous PWM step-up DC-DC converter. The device is able to provide an output voltage in the range of 6 to 12 V with an input voltage from 4 to 6 V. It features adjustable output voltage, output current up to 1 A, low ripple voltage, and high efficiency. The high switching frequency (1.7 MHz) permits the use of tiny surface-mount components. In addition to the resistor divider to set the output voltage value, only an inductor and two capacitors are required. Moreover, a low output ripple is guaranteed by the current mode PWM topology and by the use of low ESR SMD ceramic capacitors. The device is available in a very small DFN8 (4 x 4 mm) package.

The LD49150xx is a high-bandwidth, low-dropout, 1.5A voltage regulator, ideal for powering core voltages of low-power microprocessors. The LD49150xx implements a dual supply configuration allowing for very low output impedance and very fast transient response. The LD49150xx requires a bias input supply and a main input supply, allowing for ultra-low input voltages on the main supply rail. The input supply operates from 1.4V to 5.5V and the bias supply requires between 3V and 6V for proper operation. The LD49150xx offers fixed output voltages from 0.8V to 1.8V and adjustable output voltages down to 0.8V. The LD49150xx requires a minimum output capacitance for stability, and work optimally.
