STCS1 is a BiCMOS constant current source designed to provide a precise constant current starting from a varying input voltage source. The L6933H1.2 is a high-performance 2A ULDO linear regulator with soft start features. It operates from 2V to 14V input voltage range and has a maximum rDS(on) of 200mΩ. The quiescent current is 200µA at any load. The regulator provides excellent load and line regulation, and is adjustable from 1.2V to 5V with a voltage regulation accuracy of 1%.
