The VN5E025ASO-E is a single channel high- side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower® M0-5 technology and housed in SO-16L package. The device is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads, and to provide protection and diagnostics. It also implements proportional load current sense, high current sense precision for wide currents range, and current sense disable.

The VND5E050ASO-E is a double channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications. The VN750PS-E is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 Technology intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart help protect the device against overload. The device detects open load condition in on and off-state. Output shorted to VCC is detected in the off-state. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection.
