The VN808CM-E is an eight-channel high side driver. It is designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology and is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. It can be driven using a 3.3V logic supply. Active current limiting combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload. In overload condition, channel turns OFF and back ON automatically so as to maintain junction temperature between TTSD and TR. If this condition makes case temperature reach TCSD, overloaded channel is turned OFF and will restart only when case temperature has decreased down to TCR(see waveform 3 Figure 6 on page 10). Non overloaded channels continue to operate normally. Device automatically turns OFF in case of ground pin disconnection. This device is especially suitable for industrial applications conform to IEC 61131.

VN340SP-33-E is a quad high side smart power solid state relay with an output current of 1A per channel and various protection features. It is designed for driving four independent resistive or inductive loads.

The VN330SP-E is a quad high side smart Power solid state relay with an output current of 0.7A per channel, a digital input clamped at 32V minimum voltage, shorted load and overtemperature protections, built-in current limiter, undervoltage shut-down, open drain diagnostic output, and fast demagnetization of inductive loads. The ST3222 is a 3 V powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 communications interface with low power requirements and high data-rate capabilities. ST3222 has a proprietary low dropout transmitter output stage providing true RS-232 performance from 3 to 3.6 V power supplies. The device requires only four small 0.1 mF standard external capacitors for operating from 3 V supply. The ST3222 has two receivers and two drivers. The ST3222 features a 1 mA shutdown mode that reduces power consumption and extends battery life in portable systems. Its receivers can remain active in shutdown mode, allowing external devices such as modems to be monitored using only 1 mA supply current. The device is guaranteed to run at data rates of 250 Kbps while maintaining RS-232 output levels. Typical applications are notebooks, sub- notebooks and palmtop computers, battery powered equipment, hand-held equipment, peripherals and printers.
