TS27M2, TS27M2A, TS27M2B Low-power CMOS dual operational amplifiers feature a wide supply voltage range (3 to 16 V), ultra-low consumption (150 µA/op), output voltage swing to ground, excellent phase margin on capacitive load, gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz typical, and Vio down to 2 mV max. The TS27L4 series are low-cost, low-power quad operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These operational amplifiers use the ST silicon gate CMOS process allowing an excellent consumption-speed ratio. These series are ideally suited for low consumption applications. Three power consumptions are available enabling the best consumption-speed ratio: ICC = 10 µA/amp: TS27L4 (very low power), ICC = 150 µA/amp: TS27M4 (low power), ICC = 1 mA/amp: TS274 (standard). These CMOS amplifiers offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents. The major advantage versus JFET devices is the very low input current drift with temperature (see Figure 4).
The TS271 is a low cost, low power single operational amplifier designed to operate with single or dual supplies. It offers very high input impedance and extremely low input currents.
The TL084 is a high performance, high speed, low power JFET quad operational amplifier with a wide common-mode voltage range (up to VCC +), low input bias and offset current, output short-circuit protection, high input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation, latch up free operation and high slew rate: 16 V/µs (typical).
The TL082 is a dual operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics. It features high output bandwidth, low input bias current and low output voltage drift.
The TL081, TL081A, and TL081B are high-speed JFET input single operational amplifiers incorporating well matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The devices feature high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
The TL072, TL072A and TL072B are high speed JFET input dual operational amplifiers incorporating well matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit.
