The LMH6733 is a triple, wideband, operational amplifier designed specifically for use where high speed and low power are required. Input voltage range and output voltage swing are optimized for operation on supplies as low as 3V and up to ±6V. Benefiting from National’s current feedback architecture, the LMH6733 offers a gain range of ±1 to ±10 while providing stable operation without external compensation, even at unity gain. These amplifiers provide 650 MHz small signal bandwidth at a gain of 2 V/V , a low 2.1 nV/ input referred noise and only consume 5.5 mA (per amplifier) from a single 5V supply.
The ADC088S052 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter specified for conversion throughput rates of 200 kSPS to 500 kSPS. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept up to eight input signals at inputs IN0 through IN7. The output serial data is straight binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC088S052 may be operated with independent analog and digital supplies. The analog supply (VA) can range from +2.7V to +5.25V, and the digital supply (VD) can range from +2.7V to VA. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 1.2 mW and 6.5 mW, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to 0.03 µW using a +3V supply and 0.15 µW using a +5V supply. The ADC088S052 is packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP package. Operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +105˚C is guaranteed.
The LP2982 is a 50mA ultra-low dropout regulator from TI company, using SOT-23 and micro SMD packages, the working voltage range is 2.5V-5.0V, the typical dropout voltage is 120mV@50mA load, 7mV@1mA load, the minimum working voltage is 2.3V, the minimum static current is 1µA, supports 1.0% precision output voltage, and the typical output noise is 30µV, it can meet the needs of various battery-powered applications.
The ADC11DL066 is a dual, low power monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter capable of converting analog input signals into 11-bit digital words at 66 Megasamples per second (MSPS), minimum. This converter uses a differential, pipeline architecture with digital error correction and an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit to minimize die size and power consumption while providing excellent dynamic performance and a 450 MHz Full Power Bandwidth. Operating on a single 3.3V power supply, the ADC11DL066 achieves 10.3 effective bits and consumes just 686 mW at 66 MSPS, including the reference current. The Power Down feature reduces power consumption to 75 mW. The differential inputs provide a full scale differential input swing equal to 2 times VREF with the possibility of a single-ended input. Full use of the differential input is recommended for optimum performance. The digital outputs from the two ADCs are available on separate 11-bit buses with an output data format choice of offset binary or two’s complement. To ease interfacing to lower voltage systems, the digital output driver power pins of the ADC11DL066 can be connected to a separate supply voltage in the range of 2.4V to the digital supply voltage. This device is available in the 64-lead TQFP package and will operate over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C. An evaluation board is available.

The LM12434 and LM12-L-438 are highly integrated data acquisition systems operating on 3V to 5V. They combine a fully-differential self-calibrating 13-bit (12-bit signed) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and sample-and-hold (S&H) with extensive analog and digital functionality. Up to 32 consecutive conversions can be stored in an internal 32-word (16-bit wide) FIFO data buffer. An internal 8-word instruction RAM can store the conversion sequence for up to eight acquisitions through the LM12-L-438's eight-input multiplexer. The LM12434 has a four-channel multiplexer, a differential multiplexer output, and a differential S&H input. The LM12434 and LM12-L-438 can also operate with 8-bit signed resolution and in a supervisory 'watchdog' mode that compares an input signal against two programmable limits. Acquisition times and conversion rates are programmable through the use of internal clock-driven timers. The differential reference voltage inputs can be externally driven for absolute or ratiometric operation. All registers, RAM, and FIFO are directly accessible through the high-speed and flexible serial I/O interface bus. The serial interface bus is user selectable for interface connections.
