LMF100 is a high performance dual switched capacitor filter manufactured by National Semiconductor using LMCMOS™ process. It has a very low offset voltage and high frequency filter function.

The LM2592HV series is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides all the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving a 2A load with excellent line and load regulation. These devices are available in fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, and an adjustable output version. This series of switching regulators is similar to the LM2593HV, but without some of the supervisory and performance features of the latter. Requiring a minimum number of external components, these regulators are simple to use and include internal frequency compensation, improved line and load specifications, and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The LM2592HV operates at a switching frequency of 150 kHz, thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. It is available in a standard 5-lead TO-220 package with several different lead bend options, and a 5-lead TO-263 Surface mount package. Other features include a guaranteed ±4% tolerance on output voltage under all conditions of input voltage and output load conditions, and ±15% on the oscillator frequency. External shutdown is included, featuring typically 90 µA standby current. Self-protection features include a two-stage current limit for the output switch and an over-temperature shutdown for complete protection under fault conditions.

LM6142/LM6144 17MHz Rail-to-Rail Input-Output Operational Amplifiers General Description Using patent pending new circuit topologies, the LM6142/ LM6144 provides new levels of performance in applications where low voltage supplies or power limitations previously made compromise necessary. Operating on supplies of 1.8V to over 24V, the LM6142/LM6144 is an excellent choice for battery operated systems, portable instrumentation and oth- ers. The greater than rail-to-rail input voltage range eliminates concern over exceeding the common-mode voltage range. The rail-to-rail output swing provides the maximum possible dynamic range at the output. This is particularly important when operating on low supply voltages. High gain-bandwidth with 650µA/Amplifier supply current opens new battery powered applications where previous higher power consumption reduced battery life to unaccept- able levels. The ability to drive large capacitive loads without oscillating functionally removes this common problem.

The LM2797/98 is an efficient step-down switched capacitor voltage converter that produces a regulated low-voltage rail of 120mA from an input range of 2.6V to 5.5V. It utilizes multiple fractional gain configurations to maximize conversion efficiency across the input voltage and output current ranges. The LM2797/98 also features input voltage and output voltage monitoring. It is ideal for Li-Ion and other battery powered designs, requiring minimal external components with no inductors. The LM2797/98 incorporates short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and soft-start circuitry to prevent excessive inrush currents.

The ADC12DL066 is a dual, low power monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter capable of converting analog input signals into 12-bit digital words at 66 Megasamples per second (MSPS), minimum. This converter uses a differential, pipeline architecture with digital error correction and an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit to minimize die size and power consumption while providing excellent dynamic performance and a 450 MHz Full Power Bandwidth. Operating on a single 3.3V power supply, the ADC12DL066 achieves 10.7 effective bits and consumes just 686 mW at 66 MSPS, including the reference current. The Power Down feature reduces power consumption to 75 mW. The differential inputs provide a full scale differential input swing equal to 2 times VREF with the possibility of a single-ended input. Full use of the differential input is recommended for optimum performance. The digital outputs from the two ADCs are available on separate 12-bit buses with an output data format choice of offset binary or two's complement. To ease interfacing to lower voltage systems, the digital output driver power pins of the ADC12DL066 can be connected to a separate supply voltage in the range of 2.4V to the digital supply voltage. This device is available in the 64-lead TQFP package and will operate over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C.

LMC7215/LMC7225 Micro-Power, Rail-to-Rail CMOS Comparators with Push-Pull/Open-Drain Outputs and TinyPak™ Package

The LP3999 is a low noise, 150mA voltage regulator designed for RF/Analog applications.

The LM3671 is a 2MHz, 600mA step-down DC-DC converter optimized for powering ultra-low voltage circuits from a single Li-Ion cell or 3 cell NiMH/NiCd batteries. It provides up to 600mA load current over an input voltage range from 2.8V to 5.5V. There are several different fixed voltage output options available as well as an adjustable output voltage version. The device offers superior features and performance for mobile phones and similar portable applications with complex power management systems. Automatic intelligent switching between PWM low-noise and PFM low-current mode offers improved system control. During full-power operation, a fixed-frequency 2 MHz (typ) PWM mode drives loads from ∼70 mA to 600 mA max. Hysteretic PFM mode extends the battery life through reduction of the quiescent current to 16 µA (typ) at light loads and system standby. Internal synchronous rectification provides high efficiency. In shutdown mode (Enable pin pulled low) the device turns off and reduces battery consumption to 0.01 µA (typ). The LM3671 is available in a SOT23-5 package with Pb and No Pb (Lead free) versions. A high switching frequency - 2 MHz (typ) - allows use of tiny surface-mount components. Only three external surface-mount components, an inductor and two ceramic capacitors, are required.

The LM2936-3.0 is an ultra-low quiescent current regulator from TI. It has an output voltage of 3V, an output current of 50mA, and a static current of less than 20µA. It is ideal for automotive and other battery operated systems. The LM2936-3.0 has a maximum operating voltage of 40V, a -40˚C to +125˚C operating temperature range, and ±3% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range. The LM2936-3.0 is available in TO-92, SO-8, SOT-223, and TO-252 packages.

DS55107, DS75107, DS75108 and DS75208 Dual Line Receivers

This document introduces the general description, features, functions, and connection diagram of the DS1603 TRI-STATE® Dual Receiver. This product is a dual differential TRI-STATE line receiver with high input impedance and low input current, which is ideal for party line systems and general purpose applications such as transducer preamplifiers, level translators, and comparators.

The CLC412 is a high-speed dual wideband video op amp that combines a high-speed complementary bipolar process with National's current-feedback topology. It provides a 250MHz small-signal bandwidth at a gain of +2V/V and a 1300V/µs slew rate while consuming only 50mW per amplifier from ±5V supplies. The CLC412 offers exceptional video performance with its 0.02% and 0.02° differential gain and phase errors for NTSC and PAL video signals while driving one back terminated 75Ω load. It also has a flat gain response of 0.1dB to 30MHz and very low channel-to-channel crosstalk of -76dB at 10MHz. Additionally, each amplifier can deliver a 70mA continuous output current. This level of performance makes the CLC412 an ideal dual op amp for high-density broadcast-quality video systems. The CLC412's two very well-matched amplifiers support a number of applications such as differential line drivers and receivers. In addition, the CLC412 is well suited for Sallen Key active filters in applications such as anti-aliasing filters for high-speed A/D converters. Its small 8-pin SOIC package, low power requirement, low noise and distortion allow the CLC412 to serve portable RF applications such as IQ-channels.
