HIP4082 is an enhanced version of HIP4080, with lower output drive current and a wider range of programmable dead time, suitable for PWM motor control and UPS applications.
The HIP4081A is a high frequency, medium voltage full bridge N-Channel FET driver IC, which can drive every possible switch combination except those which would cause a shoot-through condition. It can switch at frequencies up to 1MHz and is well suited to driving Voice Coil Motors, high-frequency switching power amplifiers, and power supplies.
The HIP4080A is a high frequency, medium voltage Full Bridge N-Channel FET driver IC, suitable for driving Voice Coil Motors, switching power amplifiers, and power supplies. It has short propagation delays and adjustable dead-times, allowing for precise control of the driven load.
EL7104 is a high-speed, single-channel, power MOSFET driver with matched rise and fall delay times, which improves the operation of TC-4420/29 clock drivers.
EL7154 is a three-state pin driver particularly well suited for ATE and level shifting applications. The 4A peak drive capability makes the EL7154 an excellent choice when driving high speed capacitive lines. The P-Channel MOSFET is completely isolated from the power supply, providing a high degree of flexibility. Pin (7) can be grounded, and the output can be taken from pin (8) when a “source follower” output is desired. The N-Channel MOSFET has an isolated drain, but shares a common bus with pre-drivers and level shifter circuits. This is necessary to ensure that the N-Channel device can turn off effectively when VL goes below GND. In some power-FET and IGBT applications, negative drive is desirable to insure effective turn-off. The EL7154 can be used in these applications by returning VL to a moderate negative potential.
The EL7155 is a high performance pin driver from Intersil, suited to many ATE and level-shifting applications. It has a peak drive capability of 3.5A, making it an excellent choice for driving high capacitance loads. Output pins OUTH and OUTL are connected to input pins VH and VL, depending on the status of the IN pin. One of the output pins is always in tri-state, except when the OE pin is active low, in which case both outputs are in 3-state mode. The isolation of the output FETs from the power supplies enables VH and VL to be set independently, enabling level-shifting to be implemented. This pin driver has improved performance over existing pin drivers. It is specifically designed to operate at voltages down to 0V across the switch elements while maintaining good speed and on-resistance characteristics. Available in 8 Ld SO and 8 Ld PDIP packages, the EL7155 is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
The EL7158 is a high-performance, three-state pin driver from Intersil that is suited for many ATE and level-shifting applications. The 12A peak drive capability makes it an excellent choice when driving high capacitance loads. The output pin OUT is connected to input pins VH or VL, depending on the status of the IN pin. When the OE pin is active low, the output is placed in the three-state mode. The isolation of the output FETs from the power supplies enables VH and VL to be set independently, enabling level-shifting to be implemented. Related to the EL7155, the EL7158 adds a lower supply pin VS- and makes VL an isolated and independent input. This feature adds applications flexibility and improves switching response due to the increased enhancement of the output FETs. This pin driver has improved performance over existing pin drivers. It is specifically designed to operate at voltages down to 0V across the switch elements while maintaining good speed and ON-resistance characteristics.
The EL7182 is a CCD driver from Intersil that features 3V and 5V input compatibility, speeds up to 10MHz, reduced clock skew, 20ns switching/delay time, 2A peak drive, low quiescent current, wide operating voltage, and RoHS compliance. It is suitable for applications such as CCD drivers requiring high-contrast imaging, differential line drivers, and push-pull circuits.
The EL7457 is a high speed, non-inverting, quad CMOS driver from Intersil. It is capable of running at clock rates up to 40MHz and features 2A peak drive capability and a nominal on- resistance of just 3Ω. The EL7457 is ideal for driving highly capacitive loads, such as storage and vertical clocks in CCD applications. It is also well suited to ATE pin driving, level- shifting, and clock-driving applications.
The ISL89410, ISL89411, ISL89412 are high speed dual channel power MOSFET drivers with very high switching speed, low input capacitance, low output impedance, high noise immunity, large driving current, etc., which can be used in clock drive, CCD drive, ultrasonic drive and other fields.
The ICL7667 is a dual monolithic high-speed driver designed to convert TTL level signals into high current outputs at voltages up to 15V. Its high speed and current output enable it to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates and low propagation delays. With an output voltage swing only millivolts less than the supply voltage and a maximum supply voltage of 15V, the ICL7667 is well suited for driving power MOSFETs in high frequency switched-mode power converters. The ICL7667’s high current outputs minimize power losses in the power MOSFETs by rapidly charging and discharging the gate capacitance. The ICL7667’s inputs are TTL compatible and can be directly driven by common pulse-width modulation control ICs.
The EL7242/EL7252 dual input, 2-channel drivers achieve the same excellent switching performance of the EL7212 family while providing added flexibility. The 2-input logic and configuration is applicable to numerous power MOSFET drive circuits. As with other Elantec drivers, the EL7242/EL7252 are excellent for driving large capacitive loads with minimal delay and switching times. “Shoot-thru” protection and latching circuits can be implemented by simply “cross-coupling” the 2-channels.
