The ISL9000 is a high performance dual LDO from Philips that can provide 300mA of current, with low noise, high PSRR and low IQ.

The ICL7663S is a low-power, high-efficiency positive voltage regulator that accepts 1.6V to 16V inputs and provides adjustable outputs from 1.3V to 16V at currents up to 40mA. It is a direct replacement for the industry standard ICL7663B offering wider operating voltage and temperature ranges, improved output accuracy (ICL7663SA), better temperature coefficient, guaranteed maximum supply current, and guaranteed line and load regulation. All improvements are highlighted in the electrical characteristics section. Critical parameters are guaranteed over the entire commercial and industrial temperature ranges. The ICL7663S/SA programmable output voltage is set by two external resistors. The 1% reference accuracy of the ICL7663SA eliminates the need for trimming the output voltage in most applications. The ICL7663S is well suited for battery powered supplies, featuring 4µA quiescent current, low VIN to VOUT differential, output current sensing and logic input level shutdown control. In addition, the ICL7663S has a negative temperature coefficient output suitable for generating a temperature compensated display drive voltage for LCD displays.

ISL6412 is a triple output, low-noise LDO regulator with integrated reset circuit from ISL company, optimized for powering wireless chip sets. The IC accepts an input voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V and provides three regulated output voltages: 1.8V (LDO1), 2.8V (LDO2), and another ultra-clean 2.8V (LDO3). On chip logic provides sequencing between LDO1 and LDO2 for the BBP/MAC and the I/O supply voltage outputs. LDO3 features ultra low noise that does not typically exceed 30µV RMS to aid VCO stability. High integration and the thin Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package makes the ISL6412 an ideal choice to power many of today’s small form factor industry standard wireless cards such as PCMCIA, mini-PCI and Cardbus-32. The ISL6412 uses an internal PMOS transistor as the pass device. The ISL6412 also integrates a reset function, which eliminates the need for the additional reset IC required in WLAN applications. The IC asserts a RESET signal whenever the VIN supply voltage drops below a preset threshold, keeping it asserted for a time set by a capacitor to GND after VIN has risen above the reset threshold. FAULT1 indicates the loss of regulation on LDO1.

isl6414 is an ultra-low noise triple output LDO regulator with microprocessor reset circuit and is optimized for powering wireless chipsets. The IC accepts an input voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V and provides three regulated output voltages: 1.8V (LDO1), 2.84V (LDO2), and another ultra clean 2.84V (LDO3). On-chip logic provides sequencing between LDO1 and LDO2 for BBP/MAC and I/O supply voltage outputs. LDO3 features ultra low noise that does not typically exceed 30µV RMS to aid VCO stability. High integration and the thin Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package makes ISL6414 an ideal choice to power many of today’s small form factor industry standard wireless cards, such as PCMCIA, mini-PCI and Cardbus-32. The ISL6414 uses an internal PMOS transistor as the pass device. The SHDN pin controls LDO1 and LDO2 outputs whereas SHDN3 controls LDO3 output. Internal voltage sequencing insures that LDO1 output (1.8V supply) is always stabilized before LDO2 is turned on. When powering down, power to the LDO2 is removed before the LDO1 output goes off. The ISL6414 also integrates RESET function, which eliminates the need for additional RESET IC required in WLAN applications. The IC asserts a RESET signal whenever the VIN supply voltage drops below a preset threshold, keeping it asserted for at least 25ms after VIN has risen above the reset threshold. An output fault detection circuit indicates loss of output voltage.

The IC accepts an input voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V and provides three regulated output voltages: 1.8V (LDO1), 2.8V (LDO2), and another ultra-clean 2.8V (LDO3). ISL6506 is a complement to other power building blocks (voltage regulators) in ACPI-compliant designs for microprocessor and computer applications. The IC integrates the control of the 5VDUAL and 3.3VDUAL rails into an 8 Ld EPAD SOIC package. The ISL6506 operating mode (active outputs or sleep outputs) is selectable through two digital control pins; S3 and S5.

ISL6505 is a multiple linear power controller with ACPI control interface. The ISL6505 integrates three linear controllers/regulators, switching, monitoring and control functions into a 20-pin wide-body SOIC or 20-pin QFN (also known as MLF) 5x5 package.

The ISL6504 and ISL6504A complement other power building blocks (voltage regulators) in ACPI-compliant designs for microprocessor and computer applications.

The HIP6503 is a multiple linear power controller with an ACPI control interface. It complements either an HIP6020 or an HIP6021 in ACPI-compliant designs for microprocessor and computer applications. The IC integrates four linear controllers/regulators, switching, monitoring and control functions into a 20 pin SOIC package.

The HIP6501A is a triple linear power controller with an ACPI control interface. It integrates two linear controllers and a low-current pass transistor, as well as monitoring and control functions. It simplifies the implementation of ACPI-compliant designs in microprocessor and computer applications.

The ISL6719 is a 100V linear bias supply for generating a low voltage bias supply from intermediate distributed voltages commonly used in telecom and datacom applications.

The ISL80102 and ISL80103 are low voltage, high-current, single output LDOs specified for 2A and 3A output current, respectively. These parts operate from input voltages of 2.2V to 6V and are capable of providing output voltages of 0.8V to 5V on the adjustable VOUT versions.

The ISL80101 is a high-performance low-dropout regulator (LDO) capable of delivering 1A output current. It operates from input voltages of 2.2V to 6V and provides adjustable output voltages ranging from 0.8V to 5V. Fixed output voltage options are available in 0.8V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. The LDO features a soft-start pin that allows adjustment of in-rush current and delay for a valid output voltage. It utilizes a sub-micron CMOS process, offering lower quiescent current and faster load transient response compared to bipolar LDOs. It is suitable for various applications including DSP, FPGA, and µP core power supplies, noise-sensitive instrumentation systems, post regulation of switched mode power supplies, industrial systems, medical equipment, telecommunications and networking equipment, servers, and hard disk drives.

The ISL88694 SMBus accelerator (SMA) is a dual active pull-up bus terminator designed to improve data transmission speed on SMBus or similar 2-wire serial bus interfaces. The ISL88694 is also compatible to the I2C serial bus.
