The HS-139RH is a quad voltage comparator produced by Intersil Corporation. It is fabricated using the dielectrically isolated Rad Hard Silicon Gate (RSG) process, which provides an immunity to Single Event Latch-up (SEU) and the capability of highly reliable performance in any radiation environment.

The HGTG12N60B3D, HGTP12N60B3D, HGT1S12N60B3DS 27A, 600V, UFS Series N-Channel IGBTs with Anti-Parallel Hyperfast Diode is a new type of IGBT chip produced by Intersil Corporation. It has the characteristics of high input impedance and low conduction loss, and is suitable for moderate frequency operation. It can be widely used in AC and DC motor control, power supply and driver applications.

PROFET® BTS 432 E2 is a high side power switch with negative voltage clamp, short circuit protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, diagnostic feedback, open load detection, CMOS compatible input, electrostatic discharge protection, loss of ground and loss of Vbb protection. It is suitable for all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads with 12 V and 24 V DC ground.

EL7515 is a high frequency, high efficiency step-up DC/DC regulator operated at fixed frequency PWM mode. With an integrated 1.4A MOSFET, it can deliver up to 600mA output current at up to 92% efficiency. The adjustable switching frequency is up to 1.2MHz, making it ideal for DSL applications. When shut down, it draws <1µA of current. This feature, along with the minimum starting voltage of 1.8V, makes it suitable for portable equipment powered by one Lithium Ion, 3 to 4 NiMH cells, or 2 cells of alkaline battery. The EL7515 is available in a 10 Ld MSOP package, with maximum height of 1.1mm. With proper external components, the whole converter takes less than 0.25in2 PCB space. This device is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

The HFA3101 is an all NPN transistor array configured as a Multiplier Cell. Based on Intersil’s bonded wafer UHF-1 SOI process, this array achieves very high fT (10GHz) while maintaining excellent hFE and VBE matching characteristics that have been maximized through careful attention to circuit design and layout, making this product ideal for communication circuits. For use in mixer applications, the cell provides high gain and good cancellation of 2nd order distortion terms.

The ISL6257 is a highly integrated Li-Ion/Li-Ion polymer battery charger controller designed for notebook computers. It uses a synchronous buck topology to achieve high efficiency at low system voltages. The low-side MOSFET emulates a diode at light loads to improve light load efficiency and prevent system bus boosting. The constant output voltage can be selected for 2, 3 and 4 series Li-Ion cells with ±0.5% accuracy over temperature. It can also be programmed between 4.2V + 5% per cell and 4.2V - 5% per cell to optimize battery capacity. When supplying the load and battery charger simultaneously, the input current limit for the AC adapter is programmable to within ±3% accuracy to avoid overloading the AC adapter and to allow the system to make efficient use of the available power.
