The X9438 is a monolithic CMOS IC that incorporates two operational amplifiers and two nonvolatile digitally controlled potentiometers. The amplifiers are CMOS differential input voltage operational amplifiers with near rail-to-rail outputs. The digitally controlled potentiometers consist of a series string of 63 polycrystalline resistors that behave as standard integrated circuit resistors.

Intersil HFA3424 is a 2.4GHz - 2.5GHz low noise amplifier that offers increased sensitivity for systems targeting the 802.11 specifications. It features low noise figure, high gain, high dynamic range, and low power consumption, making it suitable for Wireless Local Area Network and wireless data collection markets.

The X9279 is a single supply/low power/256-tap/2-wire bus single digitally controlled potentiometer. The X4283/85 is a low-power CPU supervisor from Intersil that features 4 selectable watchdog timers, low voltage detection and reset assertion, and 128K bits of EEPROM. It supports 64-byte page write mode, self-timed write cycle, 5ms write cycle time (typical), and built-in inadvertent write protection. It also supports programmable Block Lock protection for 0, 1/4, 1/2, all or 64, 128, 256 or 512 bytes of the EEPROM array. The Intersil HCS161MS Radiation Hardened Synchronous Counter is a 4-input binary synchronous counter from Intersil Corporation that features asynchronous reset and look-ahead carry logic. The counter has an active-low master reset to zero MR pin, and a low level on the synchronous parallel enable (SPE) pin disables counting and allows Q0 to be shifted to Q1.

HIN202, HIN206, HIN207, HIN208, HIN211, HIN213 are a family of RS-232 transmitters/receivers interface circuits that are powered by a single +5V power supply and meet all EIA RS-232E and V.28 specifications. They are particularly suited for applications where ±12V is not available. The family of devices offers a wide variety of RS-232 transmitter/receiver combinations to accommodate various applications (see Selection Table). The HIN206, HIN211 and HIN213 feature a low power shutdown mode to conserve energy in battery powered applications. In addition, the HIN213 provides two active receivers in shutdown mode allowing for easy “wakeup” capability. The drivers feature true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew rate-limited output, and 300Ω power-off source impedance. The receivers can handle up to ±30V input, and have a 3kΩ to 7kΩ input impedance. The receivers also feature hysteresis to greatly improve noise rejection. The HS-1254RH is a ±5V, Rad Hard, monolithic, dual, current feedback amplifier that provides highly reliable performance in harsh radiation environments. This document describes a smart high-side power switch product with features such as low standby current, short circuit protection, and overload protection. It is suitable for microcontroller-compatible high-side power switches for 5V, 12V, and 24V grounded loads.

The HIP6521 provides the power control and protection for four output voltages in high-performance microprocessor and computer applications. The IC integrates a voltage-mode PWM controller and three linear controllers, as well as monitoring and protection functions. The PWM controller is intended to regulate the microprocessor memory core voltage with a synchronous-rectified buck converter. The linear controllers are intended to regulate the computer system’s AGP 1.5V bus power, the 2.5V clock power, and the 1.8V power for the North/South Bridge core voltage and/or cache memory circuits. Both the switching regulator and linear voltage references provide ±2% of static regulation over line, load, and temperature ranges. All outputs are user-adjustable by means of an external resistor divider. All linear controllers employ bipolar NPNs for the pass transistors. The HIP6521 monitors all the output voltages. The PWM controller’s adjustable overcurrent function monitors the output current by using the voltage drop across the upper MOSFET’s rDS(ON). The linear regulator outputs are monitored via the FB pins for undervoltage events.
