The TLC4501 and TLC4502 are the highest precision CMOS single supply rail-to-rail operational amplifiers available today. The input offset voltage is 10 µV typical and 40 µV maximum. The TPS73xx devices are a family of micropower low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators. They are differentiated from the TPS71xx and TPS72xx LDOs by their integrated delayed microprocessor-reset function. The TPS73xx devices are available in 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, 4.85V and 5V fixed-output and adjustable versions. They feature an integrated precision supply-voltage supervisor monitoring regulator output voltage. They feature an active-low reset signal with a 200-ms pulse width. The maximum dropout voltage is 35 mV at IO = 100 mA (TPS7350). Quiescent current is very low and independent of load. Typical is 340 µA. Sleep-state current is extremely low, 0.5 µA maximum. For fixed-output versions, tolerance is 2% over the full range of load, line, and temperature. The output current range is 0 mA to 500 mA. The TSSOP package option offers reduced component height for critical applications.

TLC220x, TLC220xA, TLC220xB, TLC220xY are Texas Instruments Advanced LinCMOS process precision, low-noise operational amplifiers. These devices combine the noise performance of the lowest-noise JFET amplifiers with the dc precision available previously only in bipolar amplifiers. The Advanced LinCMOS process uses silicon-gate technology to obtain input offset voltage stability with temperature and time that far exceeds that obtainable using metal-gate technology. In addition, this technology makes possible input impedance levels that meet or exceed levels offered by top-gate JFET and expensive dielectric-isolated devices. The combination of excellent dc and noise performance with a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative rail makes these devices an ideal choice for high-impedance, low-level signal-conditioning applications in either single-supply or split-supply operation.

The TL3116 is an ultra-fast comparator designed to interface directly to TTL logic while operating from either a single 5-V power supply or dual ±5-V supplies. The input common-mode voltage extends to the negative rail for ground sensing applications. It features extremely tight offset voltage and high gain for precision applications. It has complementary outputs that can be latched using the LATCH ENABLE terminal.
