FSQ0465RS/RB is a Green-Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPS™) for Quasi-Resonant Operation. It offers optimized performance, including low EMI and high efficiency.

This document describes the features of FSQ0370RNA and FSQ0370RLA, two green mode Fairchild power switches. These products have internal avalanche rugged 700V SenseFET, low power consumption, precision fixed operating frequency, internal startup circuit and built-in soft-start, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, auto-restart mode, over-voltage protection, overload protection, internal thermal shutdown function, and under-voltage lockout. They are suitable for auxiliary power supply for PC and server, SMPS for VCR, SVR, STB, DVD, and DVCD players, and adapter for camcorders.

FSL206MR is a green mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPS) with an integrated Pulse-Width Modulator (PWM) and SenseFET from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation.
