Semtech SC605 Charge Pump Flash LED Driver Datasheet
The SC605 is a 2x charge pump specifically designed to drive high-intensity white LEDs used in camera flash applications. It operates in two selectable modes: Flash mode, which delivers up to 700mA for short durations or 500mA regulated current for up to 500ms, and Spotlight mode, which provides continuous output at 20%, 30%, or 40% of the flash current.
