Metrix MTX 3281/MTX 3282/MTX 3283 Handbook
The Metrix MTX 3281, 3282 and 3283 are graphic digital multimeters with 100,000‑count displays, 0.02 % basic precision and a 200 kHz pass band. They offer four digital displays, a back‑lit multidirectional LCD, automatic range selection, and a variety of measurement functions such as SPEC, AUTOPEAK, MATH, REL and SURV. The instruments support voltage, current, resistance, frequency, temperature (Pt 100, Pt 1000, J/K thermocouples) and many other parameters, and can store up to 6 500 measurements with timestamps.
Communication is provided via optical RS‑232, USB and Bluetooth, while power can be supplied by three LRG batteries, AA NiMH storage batteries, or an external 230 V/110 V adapter. The rugged ABS housing has an IP51 protection rating and complies with IEC 61010 safety standards.
