This document introduces the features and characteristics of the DF22 Series 2004.5 7.92 mm contact pitch, high-current connectors, including maximum current, reliable interior locking function, prevention of incorrect connections, molded-in contact retention tabs, prevention of incorrect board placement, support for encapsulation, prevention of short circuits between adjacent contacts, increased retention force of crimped contacts, and confirmation of complete contact insertion.

DF22 series high-current connectors are designed for internal power supplies. The maximum current is 30 A. The connectors have a complete locking function, preventing incorrect connections. They have molded-in contact retention tabs and built-in posts, preventing incorrect board placement. The connectors can be encapsulated up to 10 mm without affecting the performance.
