About this manual

The LTC3774 is a dual PolyPhase current mode synchronous step-down switching regulator controller designed to drive power blocks, DRMOS, or external gate drivers and power MOSFETs. It utilizes an LTC-proprietary technique to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio of the current sense signal, enabling the use of inductors with very low DC winding resistances for maximum efficiency and reduced jitter.

Key features include programmable DCR temperature compensation, dual differential remote output voltage sense amplifiers, and a phase-lockable fixed frequency range from 200kHz to 1.2MHz. The device supports phase shedding and N+1 phase redundancy, with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.5V. It is available in a 36-lead (5mm x 6mm) QFN package.
