About this manual

The LT3669 is an industrial transceiver that integrates a step-down switching regulator and a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It includes wake-up detect functionality and a programmable power-on reset timer. The device features externally adjustable current limits and slew rates for the line drivers to optimize EMC performance.

The LT3669 operates from an input voltage range of 7.5V to 40V and provides a maximum load current of 100mA (LT3669) or 300mA (LT3669-2). It includes rugged line drivers capable of sourcing/sinking up to 250mA each, with an adaptive pulsing scheme for safely switching heavy capacitive loads. The device is available in a small 28-pin thermally enhanced QFN package.
