About this manual

The LT8620 is a compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator that accepts a wide input voltage range up to 65V. It consumes only 2.5µA of quiescent current in Burst Mode operation and includes top and bottom power switches with all necessary circuitry to minimize external components.

Key features include low ripple output, adjustable frequency from 200kHz to 2.2MHz, synchronization capability via a SYNC pin, and internal compensation for fast transient response. The device is available in small 16-Lead MSOP and 24-Lead QFN packages.
