User manual for the KJTC-III high‑voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester made by Wuhan Hezhong.
About this manual
The KJTC-III tester is a portable instrument that measures mechanical characteristics of high‑voltage circuit breakers, such as make‑break order, timing, speed, travel and over‑travel. It integrates a computer, printer, measurement interface and power supply, and automatically recognizes two types of displacement sensors for oil‑filled, SF6 or vacuum breakers.
The manual describes the instrument’s functions, technical specifications, panel layout, wiring connections, measurement procedures, result display, printing format, fault analysis, printer maintenance and accessories list. This manual is written in Chinese.
