The manual describes the HZZB‑T tester for measuring ratio and polarity of current and voltage transformers, including specifications, wiring, operation…
The HZZB‑T tester, produced by Han Zhong, is used to test the ratio and polarity of current and voltage transformers as well as power and test transformers. It employs a voltage‑measurement method, features a lightweight design (2 kg), an internal rechargeable battery, and a large display for results.
The manual provides technical specifications, detailed wiring diagrams for voltage and current transformer testing, step‑by‑step operating instructions, and a list of supplied accessories such as test leads, charger, and certification documents. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Working Power Source | Internal rechargeable battery or 220 V AC |
|---|---|
| Measurement Objects | Current transformer, voltage transformer, power transformer, test transformer |
| Ratio Measurement Range | 1‑10000 |
| Measurement Accuracy | ±0.2 % |
| Polarity Test Types | Minus polarity (normal), plus polarity (abnormal) |
| Dimensions | 280 mm × 220 mm × 120 mm |
Connect the charger to the instrument and plug the charger into a 220 V mains outlet; the red indicator turns green when charging is complete.
Press the “Measure” key; after about two seconds the screen shows the ratio and polarity values.
“减极性” is the normal polarity result; “加极性” indicates an abnormal polarity that requires checking the wiring.
