This document provides operating procedures for the Waters 2695 HPLC system, covering startup, preparation, data acquisition, processing, shutdown, and…
The manual details the step-by-step process for starting up the Waters 2695 High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system. It instructs users to power on network equipment and computers before turning on instrument units, followed by launching the chromatography workstation after self-checks are complete.
The guide covers essential preparation steps including degassing mobile phases, purging the pump unit using Dry or Wet Prime functions, and flushing the injector syringe once system pressure stabilizes. It also outlines procedures for data acquisition via single or sequence injections, post-run data processing and printing, and proper shutdown protocols involving solvent flushing to protect the instrument. This manual is written in Chinese.
You must degas the mobile phase through a 0.45 µm filter and ultrasonically, then purge the pump and injector lines to ensure they are filled with the mobile phase.
You must first flush the system with 100% water for no more than 20 minutes, followed by a flush with 100% organic phase.
Select Prime SealWash to clean the pump head for about 1 minute, then select Prime NdlWash to clean the injector needle 1-2 times.
