Takex MCseries color sensors detect labels and register marks with red, green, or blue LEDs, featuring IP67 water resistance and automatic lens cleaning.
The Takex MCseries sensors are designed for detecting labels and register marks using red, green, or blue LEDs. They feature automatic lens cleaning for stable detection, even with dusty Japanese paper. The sensors are water-resistant (IP67) and include dual output options for NPN or NPN/PNP. Models include MC-U2R, MC-U2G, MC-U2B, and variants with selectable light ON/Dark ON modes.
Each sensor has a fixed 2mm detection interval, operates on 12–24VDC, and offers response times of 0.5ms or less. The sensors are suitable for applications like detecting yellow register marks and detecting overlapped labels on Japanese confectionery wrappers.
