This document describes the Siemens ULTRAMAT 23 multi-component gas analyzer, covering its features, applications, design principles for various gases, and…
The Siemens ULTRAMAT 23 is a multi-component gas analyzer capable of measuring up to four gas components simultaneously. It supports measurements of infrared-sensitive gases (such as CO, CO2, NO, SO2), ultraviolet gases (NO, NO2, CH4), oxygen via paramagnetic or electrochemical cells, and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The device is designed for industrial applications including environmental protection, chemical plants, cement industry, and biogas monitoring. This manual is written in Chinese.
The analyzer can measure up to three infrared-sensitive gases or two ultraviolet gases, such as CO, CO2, NO, SO2, NO2, and CH4, along with a single oxygen or hydrogen sulfide unit.
The minimum allowable range for SO2 in a three-component analyzer is 0 to 400 mg/m3.
The pipe diameter for sample gas input and output, as well as calibration gas connections, is 6mm or 1/4".
The H2S sensor cannot be used when the gas components contain chlorine compounds, fluorine compounds, heavy metals, aerosols, alkaline components, or ammonia greater than 300 vpm.
