This manual provides installation, operation, and maintenance instructions for the Pall HNP021 series liquid purification equipment used for hydraulic and…
The Pall HNP021 series is a mobile liquid purification device designed to remove water, particulate contaminants, and gases from hydraulic and lubricating oils. The equipment operates by pumping contaminated oil through a nozzle into a vacuum vessel, where air and water are removed via a vacuum system before the purified oil is discharged through an outlet filter. This manual is written in Chinese.

It removes water (100% free and up to 95% dissolved), gases (100% free and entrained, up to 90% dissolved), and particulate contaminants.
The device stops if the vacuum drops to -0.45 bar g (13" Hg).
The recommended maximum normal operating vacuum is -0.9 bar g.
It prevents cavitation at the pump inlet by stopping the equipment if the vacuum reaches -0.8 bar g (24"Hg).
