About this manual

The Mitsubishi PM25CLB120 is a flat-base type insulated package intelligent power module (IPM) designed for 3-phase 25A, 1200V current-sense IGBT type inverter applications. It adopts a new 5th generation IGBT (CSTBT) chip with a 1 µm fine rule process, offering improved performance such as a typical collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.9V at 125°C. The module features monolithic gate drive and protection logic, including detection and protection circuits for short-circuit, over-temperature, and under-voltage conditions.
