The instruction manual provides design functions, technical parameters, installation, torque adjustment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and wiring diagrams…
The Ludwig Schneider TD70 rotation resistance level switch detects material level by using a rotating blade that stops the motor when it contacts the material.
This instruction manual covers product design functions, technical parameters, operating principle, installation precautions, torque adjustment, common faults and their solutions, daily maintenance, unpacking checks, and wiring diagrams.
| Power Supply | 220VAC/50Hz |

| Withstand Voltage | AC 1500V × 1 minute |
| Blade Speed | 1 RPM |
| Contact Capacity | SPDT 5A/250VAC |
The blade may not rotate if the power is not connected properly or if the motor has burnt out; check the wiring and replace the motor if necessary.
The wiring box inlet must face down and the cable‑fixing nut must be tightened; for horizontal installation mount the switch at a 15°–20° downward angle.
