The FUNKE FP/FPS plate heat exchanger data sheet details design, applications, dimensions, performance and certifications.
About this manual
The FUNKE FP/FPS plate heat exchanger is a bolted, high‑performance unit used in rolling mills, power plants, food processing and other industrial applications. It can be configured with a variable number of embossed plates to meet different thermal requirements, and computer programs are available to optimise the design.
The exchanger consists of a fixed plate, a pressure plate, a plate package with embossed heat‑transfer plates and gaskets, and a clamping system. Standard plate materials are DIN 1.4301/AISI 304 and 1.4401/AISI 316, with gasket options such as NBR, EPDM and VITON. The product complies with ISO 9001 and numerous international standards (ASME, API, etc.) and is rated for up to 25 bar and 200 °C. This manual is written in German.
