The FPF2100‑FPF2107 family are 5‑pin SOT23 load‑switch ICs with 1.8‑5.5 V input range, selectable 200 mA/400 mA current limits and built‑in protection features.
The FPF2100‑FPF2107 IntelliMAX™ Advanced Load Management products are load‑switch ICs that protect systems and loads from over‑current, undervoltage and over‑temperature conditions. Each device contains a 0.125 Ω P‑channel MOSFET and operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V input voltage. Features include controlled turn‑on, auto‑restart (on selected versions), fault flag output, and fast current‑limit response.
The family is offered in a compact 5‑pin SOT23 package and is intended for portable electronics such as PDAs, cell phones, GPS devices, MP3 players, digital cameras, peripheral ports and hot‑swap supplies.
