ATI wireless data acquisition system solutions for measuring torque, strain, temperature, and vibration on rotating shafts in harsh environments.
The ATI wireless data acquisition system is a series of wireless strain test systems developed by American ATI using special patent technology and radio transmission. The system consists of wireless transmission modules, receivers, and power coils. Sensors such as strain gauges, accelerometers, and thermocouples are embedded in special collars fixed to rotating shafts. The receiver collects signals and converts them into standard voltage values (DC ±10V or 0/4-20mA) for analysis software. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Frequency Response Range | DC-1100Hz (Standard), DC-5kHz (Wideband) |
|---|---|
| Filter | DC-100Hz |
| Accuracy | 0.25%FS |
| Receiver Output | DC ±10V or 0/4-20mA |
| Operating Temperature | -40-140℃ |
| Power Supply | Inductive Power (500kHz) |
| Minimum Measurable Shaft Diameter | Radius 16mm |
| Maximum Transmission Distance | 10km |
The system is suitable for harsh environments such as water, oil, high temperature, and micro-acid conditions.
The system measures torque, strain, temperature, and vibration on high-speed rotating shafts.
The system uses a 500kHz inductive power supply via the power coil, allowing the transmitter to work without batteries.
