This datasheet describes the ADRF6820, a highly integrated demodulator and frequency synthesizer for next-generation communication systems featuring an I/Q…
The ADRF6820 is a highly integrated demodulator and frequency synthesizer designed for use in next-generation communication systems. It combines a high-linearity broadband I/Q demodulator with an integrated fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL) and a low-phase-noise multi-core voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). The device also includes a 2:1 RF switch, an on-chip tunable RF balun, a programmable RF attenuator, and two low-dropout (LDO) regulators. It is available in a compact 6 mm x 6 mm LFCSP package. This manual is written in Chinese.
