This datasheet describes the ADIS16488A, a complete inertial system integrating triaxial gyro, accelerometer, magnetometer, and pressure sensor with factory…
The ADIS16488A is a 10-degree-of-freedom inertial sensor designed for platform stabilization, navigation, personnel tracking, instrumentation, and robotics. It integrates a triaxial digital gyroscope (±450°/sec), a triaxial digital accelerometer (±18 g), a triaxial digital magnetometer (±2.5 gauss), and a pressure sensor (300 to 1100 mbar). The device features factory calibration for sensitivity, bias, axis alignment, and linear acceleration, ensuring precise measurements without complex external compensation.
The ADIS16488A utilizes an SPI-compatible serial interface for data collection and configuration control. It includes programmable power management with shutdown and sleep modes, status monitoring alarms, and four FIR filter libraries with 120 configurable taps. The module is housed in a compact package measuring approximately 47 mm x 44 mm x 14 mm and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. This manual is written in Chinese.
