This document is the instruction manual for pressure sensor PN70xx
This manual introduces the PN70xx pressure sensor series, describing safety precautions, functional features, and the capacitive measurement principle. It explains the sensor's display, buttons, and menu navigation for setting parameters and output signals.
Detailed sections cover installation, wiring, connector handling, and factory default settings. Technical specifications, measurement ranges, allowable and burst pressures for each model, and diagnostic functions are listed for reference. This manual is written in Japanese.
| Measurement range (PN7000) | 0–40 MPa |
|---|---|
| Allowable pressure (PN7000) | 60 MPa |
| Burst pressure (PN7000) | 100 MPa |
| Measurement range (PN7001) | 0–25 MPa |
| Measurement range (PN7004) | -0.1–1 MPa |
| SP1 setting range (PN7000) | 0.4–40.0 MPa |
Do not apply a pressure higher than 2.5 MPa to the sensor when measuring gas pressure.
All wiring and installation must be performed with the power off, and connections should be made carefully without using tools to tighten the connector pins.
