This document provides instructions and precautions for using AUTONICS' photoelectric sensors, as well as information on the product's dimensions, connection diagram, and main production products.
This manual gives safety warnings and installation precautions for the BUP series photoelectric sensors, including warnings against outdoor use, exceeding voltage limits, and exposure to flammable gases. It also describes the dimensions, connection diagrams, and control output circuit.
The document lists technical specifications such as output voltage, load current, housing material, and weight, and explains how to adjust sensitivity, set detection distance, and protect the sensor against interference and mechanical shock. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Output voltage | (Power voltage - 2.5 V) and above |
|---|---|
| Maximum load current | 200 mA or less |
| Weight | ≈90 g (BUP‑30) / ≈140 g (BUP‑50) |
| Output type | PNP or NPN open‑collector |
Read the manual, do not use the device outdoors, avoid exceeding the rated voltage, keep it away from flammable gases, and ensure proper grounding and protection circuits.
Turn the VR knob slowly from the minimum position until the action indicator light changes (Dark ON or Light ON), then set the optimal point between the minimum and maximum positions.
The output voltage is the power supply voltage minus 2.5 V, and the load current must not exceed 200 mA.
