Bamac MAST5-3C-U12 IGBT Drive User Manual

The MAST5-3C-U12 IGBT driver board is a 3-channel IGBT driver with a maximum output current of 5A per channel. The driver board uses AST965, has current source drive mode, reduces Miller effect time and switching loss in the same EMI conditions. Each channel has VCE detection short circuit protection, undervoltage protection, IGBT gate TVS protection elements, power indicator, and pulse indicator. Externally, only 12VDC (9-18V) or 24VDC (18-32V) power supply is required.
