Bamac MAST5-7C-U12 IGBT Drive User Manual

MAST5-7C-U12 type IGBT driver board is a 7-channel IGBT driver board with AST965, each channel driving current is 5A. It has 7 isolated DC-DCs with a 2500VAC isolation voltage. The current source driving mode reduces the Miller effect time and switching loss in the same EMI conditions. Each channel has short-circuit protection with VCE detection mode. Each channel has undervoltage protection. Each channel has IGBT gate TVS protection elements. Each channel has power indication and pulse indication. The flat line signal interface is concentrated and supports multiple input levels. Only 1 power supply 12VDC (9-18V) or 24VDC (18-32V) is required externally.
