About this manual

The ART1010 is a PC/104‑bus two‑axis servo/stepper motor motion control card. It outputs high‑frequency pulse streams to control motor speed, position and acceleration, supporting linear, circular and S‑curve interpolation. The card provides a full software library for Windows 9X/2000/XP, allowing integration with Visual C++, Visual Basic and other development environments.

The manual details usage guidelines, driver function calls, hardware parameter structures, status register definitions and example code for initializing, running and monitoring the card. It also explains configuration of external signals, software limits, and emergency stop handling. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

How many motor axes can the ART1010 control?

The ART1010 can independently control two motor axes.

What is the supported pulse‑output speed range?

The card supports speeds from 1 pulse per second up to 4 million pulses per second.

Can the card perform circular interpolation?

Yes, it supports two‑axis circular (arc) interpolation with a coordinate range of ±8.388607 pulses.

How is the emergency stop signal handled?

When the external emergency stop signal (EMG) is active, the driver stops all motion.
